Roula Saba Mouhanna

After graduating as a civil engineer and starting a family, Roula dedicated all her time to raising her 3 boys. After years of full focus on her family and when her boys turned to young adults, with more free time on her hands, she realized something was missing. She decided to find out what that was by discovering more about herself and her passion. Using the Birkman career assessment, she was able to pinpoint exactly what she wanted to do with her life, which was to help others, like her, in figuring out their motives, their passion and potential. That’s when she became the first consultant in the Birkman method in Lebanon as a first stage, to later on found her own coaching company, gain more international certifications and help many students, professionals and companies.

Roula is the founder of CoreChange, a practice focused on improving the performance of individuals to achieve their full potential and developing organizations’ Human Capital. Across the Middle East, Roula is called upon to help executives reflect, refocus, and recharge in current roles or determine a new course aligned with their passion and inner motives.

She uses a variety of methods to support her clients. She is an MCC Credentialed Executive & Leadership Coach who trained with Coach U, trained in the John Mattone IL Executive Coaching Process, a Certified Coach of Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, a Senior Consultant in the Birkman Method®, a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner and Trainer, a Time Line Therapy™ Master Practitioner and Trainer, EQ-i & EQ 360 Certified, a Coaching Clinic Licensed Facilitator, as well as a Team Coach. Roula offers corporate coaching programs, training clinics, and individual coaching for managers to become better leaders.

Roula gained extensive experience coaching and training at corporate and executive levels for clients including Audi Bank, Fattal Holdings, Byblos Bank, Jubaili Brothers, Brasserie Almaza, Pharmamed, BLOM Bank, CRE, ADIR Insurance, GroupMed Insurance, AUB Continuing Medical Education Office, AUB Olayan Business School, American University of Science & Technology (AUST), Université Saint-Joseph (USJ), ZappKaas Kenya, Shaher Group in Yemen and Egypt, ALUPCO and Naghi Brothers in Saudi Arabia, and Silatech in Qatar and Morocco.

Roula is also part of faculty at Coach U U.S.A and is a co-founder of Coach2Transform, an online coaching school.

Her coaching experience is broad and covers executive coaching and leadership, training and facilitation, and work-life balance. The Birkman method she uses is a tool that is an effective and efficient way to accelerate the movement towards self-awareness, self-management and personal development, which are the goals of most coaching assignments.

Roula has an M.B.A. from INSEAD (the European Institute of Business Administration, Fontainebleau, France) and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from AUB (the American University of Beirut, Lebanon).

She is proficient in 5 languages and is a member of different professional and humanitarian bodies: the American Board of NLP, the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Time Line Therapy Association. She also co-founded an NGO, Ibtissama Clown Doctors foundation in Lebanon, a non-profit organization that brings laughter and smiles to hospitalized children in Lebanon.

Born and raised in Lebanon, Roula has Lebanese & Canadian citizenship. She traveled and lived in Europe, Canada and the Middle East. Interested in cooking/gourmet food, languages and culture, theatre and the arts, travel.
